From now on, we'll follow this process in recruiting new members:
1. Applicant has to fill-up on-line application form
2. At least 2 officers should interview applicant while on-line. Suggest to party the applicant.
3. Based on recommendation of 2 interviewers, the applicant may or may not be recruited. Major/Marshal/Master can approve recruitment of applicant only when the applicant has been interviewed. A recruit can also be approved when 2 captains agree.
4. Clan members with good standing may vouch for applicants. Interviewing officers may also request additional information from character references
5. New recruit will be under-probation for 2 weeks. Clan values/rules should be discussed outright by the recruiting officer.
