Territorial War Scoring Begins On April 18!

I. OVERVIEW
The first path opened to War Lord’s Circle a.k.a Server Representative and ultimately a few steps closer to the Phoenix Council Wars; Perfect World’s Official National Championship in LU Live 2008.

The top 4 territory owning clans throughout the duration of this event will be going against the top 4 People’s Champion Clans (a.k.a Wild Card). They will meet each other in a 6 vs. 6 PVP fight for the Server Warlord title.

In the end 3 Server Warlords (Server Representatives) and 1 Dynasty Warlord (Regional Representative) shall clash to reveal 2 champions who will make it to the Phoenix Council Wars Finals at LU Live 2008!

II. Eligibility
• All existing Perfect World Clans
• Level Up employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining any stage of the Dynasty Wars including the Grand Finals “Phoenix Council Wars”.

1. HOW TO JOIN
• Simply join the territorial war game feature April 18 to July 21

2. MECHANICS
a. Clans that have attacked or defended territories will be assigned points depending on the action taken.



Territory List


b. Successful Retain/Defend means a territory is still owned by the original clan at the end of the territorial war days.
c. Successful Conquer/Attack means a territory was successfully attacked and claimed by a Clan.
d. Territory Lost means a clan lost a territory.

V. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Players must follow the rules interpretations and guidelines for play set forth by the Phoenix Council Wars Tournament Committee, the Tournament Director, the head judge, and other tournament officials.
2. Players are expected to behave in a respectful and sporting manner at all times.
3. Players who argue with or fail to follow the instructions of the Tournament Director, head judge or other tournament officials are subject to the appropriate penalties as the case may be.
4. Level Up and/or officials of the Phoenix Quest Tournament Committee reserve the right to suspend or ban a player or guild without prior notice for any reason deemed necessary.
5. The decision of the Referees, Game Masters, and tournament officials ARE FINAL.
6. Level Up has the right to change/delete portions/expound/clarify/interpret tournament rules depending on circumstances as they see fit for a fair and balanced competition environment
