Greetings heroes of the Perfect World!

The Phoenix Council is almost upon us. The second part of the territorial war has started. Heroes of the empire have started gathering resources to aid them in battle.

The Gods want to aid the heroes in their journey. With this, the Gods will share their blessings to the empire.

Eligibility: All Heroes, Merchants and Explorers of the Perfect World!




Event Schedule:

Time: Whole day

July 08, 2009 (12:01 am - 11:59 pm) - Serpent
July 09, 2009 (12:01 am - 11:59 pm) - Dragon
July 10, 2009 (12:01 am - 11:59 pm) - Tiger

Mechanics:
• Buy one Level 4 Dragon Ball from the Item Mall on the day assigned to your server.
• You will receive a Platinum amulet and a Platinum heirogram on the designated dates.
• For every one Level 4 Dragon Ball you buy from the Item Mall, you will receive a Platinum amulet and a Platinum Heirogram.
• There's no limit on how many Level 4 Dragon Balls you may buy.

Event Rules:
• Only players who bought Level 4 Dragon balls on the date assigned to their servers will receive their corresponding platinum awards
• Upgrading low level Dragon balls to reach a Level 4 Dragon ball doesn't count
• Prize will be given to those who bought from the Item Mall (not from a player vendor)

Prizes:
Prizes will be given the day after the server sale until all players have been awarded.

Serpent - July 09 and 10 starting 6 pm
Dragon - July 13 and 14 starting 6 pm
Tiger - July 15 and 16 starting 6 pm
